up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we
arrived, they came quickly to meet us at the apartment. The person who

This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key. There is no front desk and no on-site parking, but the staff is accessible via phone and there

A couple of days before arrival I contacted the hotel by email for information, which I received by return email. On check-in date, I arrived early, 9h00 am, but was checked-in immediately. Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception). Have stayed there at least twice before and can thoroughly recommend this Hotel as a base for exploring not only

Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were
always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was
the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a
generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price
and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor
for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the
