  The staff was very friendly and nice, even though there was a small mix up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we arrived, they came quickly to meet us at the apartment. The person who let us into the apartment carried our luggage up three flights and spent time giving us information about the trains, etc. The apartment is... what people say » in a great location, and it gives you the feel of really living in Zurich. I would recommend getting a Sim Card for your i-phone when you arrive, so - This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key. There is no front desk and no on-site parking, but the staff is accessible via phone and there

  A couple of days before arrival I contacted the hotel by email for information, which I received by return email. On check-in date, I arrived early, 9h00 am, but was checked-in immediately. The employee provided some folders of the city, and was very helpful. The room was perfect, with a nice view to the polybahn. Nice and comfy Weinstube on the ground floor (closed on Sundays) with typical food.

Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Well known bakery right next door & another restaurant down the street. Kitchens on every flo - Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor for guest use.
