  Large room, very clean, nice view, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle which took us directly to the hotel in less than 5 min. There is a bus stop just 1min away from the hotel which takes you directly to the city center. I just had an excellen^t experience. I did not have time to visit ... co mówią ludzie » the casino though. - Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night) and the service is excellent (you even get a free Basle travel pass). Access to the nice, quiet and spacious business centre proved ideal for my needs. The hotel is not on the cheap side, but as it is 1st class throughout, value is outstanding.

  A modern design hotel in downtown Basel, excellent location close to the tram, shops, restaurant and main sights. Hotel staff was friendly and the room itself beautifully designed. The bed was ultra comfortable, even pillows way better than in most hotels. Breakfast was was good and had a bit of everything for every taste, and the fact that it was... co mówią ludzie » served until 11 am at least during the weekend was a big plus. The breakfast area itself is somewhat small but very cosy. Wi-Fi worked super well, i - The hotel is very conveniently located in the hart of town and just off the banks of the Rhine river. Being a regular guest in Basel for business, it is definitely a hotel which I will be adding to my top list of possible hotels to stay at as it certainly offers value for money.

For my liking the hotel bar could do with not closing at midnight. There is a good free Tea/Coffee making machine in the hotel lobby. I believe that this is a good hotel to stay at for both business and leisure, we would stay here again.
