Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything. - Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central)location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage atarrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette waswell equipped.

Full marks for this one. It's not a five-star hotel but it doesn't need to be.
Location = perfect (two peaceful blocks out the backdoor of the SSB), there's an excellent COOP supermarket right next to the back exit of the SSB. Cleanliness = perfect (What you'd expect in Switzerland).

I recieved confirmation from letsbookhotel.com and the YMCA Hostel, Basel, each with different prices - 92 CHF and 99 CHF respectively. I paid the higher price, but difference was small so it didn't matter much. Also, clearer directions to the hotel are needed on your web site - I would have liked turn-by-turn directions from the station. I wandered for 25 minutes before I finally found it..

I was very nicely received by Karl Linder, who brought me to the appartment by bike. We were able to make breakfast and to make coffee whenever we liked. It was good value compared with hotel prices in Basel.

Run by a very friendly and interesting family. Incredibly comfortable beds meant we really did sleep well! Self-contained apartment in house with interesting modern architectural style. It is located fairly close to a tram stop (need to walk along a canal for a bit) and we used trams all the time apart from our first night when we got a taxi there
