  We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature.   Everything about the hotel was 4 star, from the reception to the room. The restaurant was also excellent but pricey. It was very quiet when we stayed but seemed to fill up late on. He immediately came down to meet us, carried our huge suitcase up the hill and was the perfect host for a most enjoyable stay with charming room overlooking the castle.   The location was near to Granada town center but very quiet location. Public parking was under the building. Police office is next door and it gave us some sense of security. - I thought the standard of the hotel was excellent and better than I had expected. The power shower in the room was amazing.

Wonderfully located in the historic area of Granada. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace of the Alhambra. Great place to sit and relax. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.
