We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. The access to the buses into the old town and near the Alhambra was fantastic. - The hotel was in a very quiet part

The central location. The roof terrace, looking across to the Alhambra.. the excellent heating in the apartment. friendly staff. - Situated at the bridge og the old town - excellent. Nice appartemenet, well equipped in all ways, quiet at nights. One of our best stays ever. We have already recommended Santa Ana to others.

The location was near to Granada town center but very quiet location. Public parking was under the building. Police office is next door and it gave us some sense of security. - I thought the standard of the hotel was excellent and better than I had expected. The power shower in the room was amazing.

The size of the room and bathroom was excellent. Very spacious, especially for a 3-adult triple room. We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.
