The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

Excellent staff. Very capable and willing to provide assistance with directions, restaurant recommendations, car hire, luggage storage. Highly recommend. Centrally located to all sections of city. Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.
