The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.

I liked the way that the hotel staff treating the guests...they were very polite and helpful. I really appreciate...The room was very clean and organized. The bathroom was very good. They had a little issue with their Internet, but he got us access codes from the hotel across the street. He gave us all sorts of information and advise. The hotel is also wonderful! Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. That is huge when trying to find your way around Granada. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel and staff was. Clean and nice rooms in an excellent location! I will recommen

The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.
