Absolutely charming small 4 room guest house. We loved the artsy decoration, just perfect mixture between modern and old. our Room was large and cozy, spotlessly clean and fresh bathroom facilities. The room was very comfortable, clean and with enough space, most important of all it was quiet. The bed was king size bed and with very interesting decoration. Location was so convenient, we went everywhere on foot.high standard of cleanliness and general eye for detail. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again. Excellent price quality ratio.

The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Pretty high up with massive drop off terrace so perhaps not great if your kids are naughty and don't listen to your absolute rules re looking over the edge! Excellent apartment - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. It was well equipped, very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location too in a quiet back street that's easy walking to La Rambla, the Old City, Port and the beach. It's right by the Universitat metro stop (no more than 5 mins walk away) and the metro itself, so easy to use. Our first time staying at a serviced apartment and we'll definitely be doing it again based on our experience here.

It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great.
And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful.
Room was quite comfortable and clean.
But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors .
Minimal breakfast is included .
