  Manuel is very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment has a small kitchen (good enough to make coffee/tea or cook some easy breakfast) and also provide a washing machine. It's in a walking distance to everywhere. We got an apartment in the back so it's very quiet. - The location is perfect.   Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.
