  I have stayed at thisw hotel numerous times over the past 15 years. I like the fact it is an apartment with a small kitchen, a spacious living room, adequate bedroom and a bath. While it is simple and some may say sparse in decor, it is fairly priced, the staff is great, the location is convenient and away from the noisy and overly crowded downt... co mówią ludzie » own center. - We liked the fact that we felt independent - that we could do our own thing and not be restricted by meal times etc. The Plaza Basilica was booked to allow us to get to the Bernabeu and in to the city centre and in this respect it proved an admirable choice. We would undoubtedly choose it again for a similsr trip.

Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. It was also near a supermarket and we found a great cafe for pastries.   All was perfect, charming staff, nice rooms with jacuzzies, breakfast until 11.30 in weekends... I will recommend it - Rooms are very nice designed, big & comfortable. Location is also good. Wi-Fi is free and fast.

  The position was fabulous for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was generally clean and facilities were good. Staff were very willing to give us a late check out :) - Great location, just 5 mins from Gran Via and just off the shopping areas. Most Madrid attractions are 10-15 mins walking distance.   My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our items and he will send them back to us. Without saying a lot, this... co mówią ludzie » actions from Juan and his staffs had said how much wonderful they are. We are so much appreciate their honesty and they are very well represented. I - The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.
