The staff at the hotel are just outstanding. My husband became ill in Granada and had to spend 5 days in a local hospital. I have little Spanish and the hospital staff had little English. Alex, the hotel manager, came to the hospital with me as a translator and spent many hours dealing directly with hospital administration. everything else easily. There is a little cafe, Manuel's connected
