  I really liked the atmosphere. As soon as you enter the hostel, you feel like home. It's not that crowded, everything has the perfect size to feel comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. They remember your name and try to help you as much as they can. Super friendly! The breakfast was okay for the price and you didn't have the feeling of eating only cheap products. They prepare every - I liked almost everything. Especially, the staff is so kind and friendly. He even tried to remember all the names of backpackers. He gave me tons of information with sweet explanation, though I only stayed one night there. The location is good, also. Everything was perfect.

  The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough.
