  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent. We arrived during Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. Hotel in general is picture worthy and the rooms are great. They even leave the room with tea and coffee, milk and drinks etc which - Have great view of Alhambra. Needs a little uphill walk, but walking is historical district is very nice. Rooms have small snacks, kitchen facilities, which was a plus. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

  We arrived in Granada from Cordoba in the bus and were met by Christian Most. He immediately came down to meet us, carried our huge suitcase up the hill and was the perfect host for a most enjoyable stay with charming room overlooking the castle. Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. Kitchennete, coffee maker with capsules and utensils came in really handy. No breakfast provided but that didn't bother us at all a - We arrived thinking we had booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. The apts have only 1 bath, so we inquired about getting another apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!! The apts were immaculate! Large bathrooms and bedrooms. Firms twin beds. Comfortable sheets and blankets. Ivonna
