Good room with balcony on 4th floor with views over Cluj. Comfortable. Good gym and pool. Excellent internet connection throughout. Overall excellent value. Its an old communist building and during those years used to be the place to stay in Cluj ( according to my friends who grew up there). The exterior may not be to everyones taste. The reception area i
