  Our room was big and specious, When we needed a double bed instead of twin, staff organised a bid mattress right away. Fair price and good location. - The price was great and it was a good size triple room. The staff was kind and helpful.

  We got a nice spacious room (rooms 108 & 110 are both good) (don't take room 109--it's very small) with a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and Dino is a character (in a good way)!   Spent a weekend there and not by lack of choices. The hotel is huge and rooms are as well. The view.... all I can say is gorgeous all times of the day. Had the room view to the Citadel and it was beyond description, lovely to watch at night in the spot lights, superb in the morning light as well. The pool is huge, slanted from 1.30 m to 2.10 with a clear sky view plus a kids pool on the side. 2 jacuzzi for 3 people and lots of lounge cha - Great location and great view from the window, both the city square and Tampa Mountain. The SPA was excellent and it was included in the room price. Even there were fruits and cookies waiting for us in the room for free. Great Conference facilities.

  I've used this hotel twice so far, during two years. Both times the service was consistent: It was pleasant and friendly. The hotel is cozy, clean and located within minutes of walking from the busy beautiful touristic downtown, but still in quiet area.
