  Very helpful staff, only a 20 minute walk from centre of city. Comfortable and airy rooms with aircon plus able to open windows for fresh air if necessary. Not far from airport (maybe 20 minutes by taxi). Restaurant meals superb and inexpensive. Value for money. - Very attentive staff on arrival who arranged a packed breakfast for us. There are some pictures on a display and, dependin - The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.

  Not sure what the negative review was about. We arrived with backpacks and had no issues. Room was great, spa bath, patio doors onto the pool terrace and a huge room. Spa bath fully working. Very clean. Breakfast good enough to get you going. One of the only hotels to cook eggs fresh to order. Ask for room 3, more like a suite at no extra cost.
