Great budget place to stay. My favorite hotel I stayed at in San Juan.
My room didn't have much, it kind of sucked but the community tv and
Kitchen areas were great because I met people from all over (Isreal,
Switzerland, Holland, Germany, the States) and its at a great location
in osj. Be aware that restuarant prices in osj are very pricey.
Thankfully the SuperMaxx grocery store is not and theres a mini fridge
in private rooms and kitchens here and the food court on the first floor

The location was excellent! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted and the main square across the street was beautiful!
The staff was polite and helpful. We arrived a bit early and were going to drop off our luggage and walk around until the room was ready. That wasn't necessary, though, because our room was clean and available.
The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room so we were able to store snacks.
Great views from the common areas. Nice kitchens if you want to make your own meals. The common areas had amazing balconies. The view is excellent. Met some nice travelers. A great stay, I would stay again.

Location and wet napkins in toalet all the time.
My room I had didn't have any extra plugins for my laptop or phone,
but, you shouldn't come to this hotel thinking you'll be in your
room much.
The only thing was that the bathrooms were not well supplied with face and hand towels. I had a bath towel, and that was all. A minor inconvenience but one that could easily be remedied by giving everyone a set of towels and not just one.
WiFi was only in the common areas. Bathrooms were shared but there were several on each floor and the place is very clean.
They only gave us one key for our room (we were two) We did not have
wifi in our rooms They charged us extra for a late check-in (not our
fault, the ferry was late).

No sign of hostel at ALL, elevator slow and work strange, noise party every night in kitchen area (2 metars from room), and more...
