The private beach was excellent, all the restaurants served delicious food, the casino was fun, the lobby was lively with bands, and the lobby bar made the best pina coladas. The pools were nice, but we did not use them due to the beach. The gardens were well

The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was
refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always
were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in
the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger
in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I
returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the
highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be
returning

I liked how the hotel was set up and the nightly reception, however, we only stayed overnight and would have to spend some more time in the Hotel to give a more comprehensive review -

I really like the location of this hotel, Its literally in the airport!
Very convenient for our family. Traveling with my husband and 3 young
kids. [9, 5, 3 yr old] our plane got in at 12 midnight and we were
heading to Sabana Grande/Ponce area about 2 hrs away from San Juan

Rt at the airport clean had a better view of the ocean were some hotels
charge a premium for a partial view and call it a ocean view and you
have to hang your head over the window to see it think their missing out
on this one it was a very nice view from our room even if their was some
roof tops in line with the view over all it was as 1 night stay food on
site rest was a little price but good didnt have to go out searching for
a rest which saved us time pick up for rental car was rt at the cur

Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. No matter at what time I get to the hotel he moved the cars so I can park close to the entrance.

A lovely place to stay. Nicely designed and clean and friendly. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.

Despite the fact that the hotel is an older property, it was well-maintained and clean. The front desk clerk at check-in was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice play to stay for a short time. -

Everyone was very nice and friendly and the place was different then most hotels as their lighting was blue and really had a nice effect. Plus they let us check in very early and offered us an free upgrade and held our luggage when we checked out and told us we could use all the facilities until we left. Loved the location. Close to,airport and restaurants. Right across from the beach and every room had beach view. Cute boutique hotel and staff was amazing. Rooftop terrace was also great with bar, food, music and pool. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location, very helpful staff, super clean, good A/C. This is a basic, one floor only hotel. Looks like it was a largish beach house that has been converted to a hotel. The staff controls entrance/exit to the hotel and seemed very safe. The parking is free which not all in this area have even the expensive properties. If you don't need extras and don't want to pay for something you aren't gonna use this is a great option.

Absolutely great service, front desk staff person was so helpful and friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected, they checked the computer and allowed us to check in and use our room at 9am. Pool area was great, well kept. The hotel has a great layout. Breakfast offerings were many and had good flavor. I would stay here again, if in the area.

I had been a long time since we last stayed at a Hampton Inn. What a surprise! The hotel was staffed by a great group of professional people.
The managers welcome cocktail party was very nice.
We'll definitely stay at another Hampton Inn.
