This hotel is literally 20 feet from the Rynek Glowny in Old Town Krakow! It is super clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is bilingual and very informed of what is available to do in the city and for day trips. The price was incredible considering the location.

The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow. So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.

The staff, especially Justyna, the manager, were extremely helpful. Not only did Justyna help us tremendously when we realised the night before we were due to arrive that we had overbooked by 1 night, she also helped in coordinating our tours to the concentration camp and the salt mines.

The unit we are staying called Amigos. It is perfect for family with young children. My kids enjoy the toys and game console which came with the apartment. It is also easy to buy groceries for cooking as shop is nearby. The area is so lively at night. There are six of us, and complete bed for everybody (no sofa bed etc). The location is perfect for tourist. It is so beautiful and lively.

The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.
