The staff cannot do enough to help you, whether getting you an extra pillow, sending faxes or arranging travel they do it well. Unless you want a reception and staff at your beck and call 24/7 why would you stay at a hotel. I was served breakfast every day, any washing up done and room cleaned. The apartment was big and a colleague and I were able to work there each day using good internet speeds. The building is a beautiful old building renovated to a high standard. Location was great with the main streets of the old town outside your door.

  The staff is just perfect! Always helpfull and nice! The location is also perfect and suitable for the major attractions. The breakfast buffet - great variety and high quality. - I could not fault this hotel the breakfasts are still the best in Poland. It is in the centre of Torun which could not be better.

  I use this hotel every time, so I'm fully happy with all the aspects. The best value in town. Excellent location. Staff as usually helpful, with my additional requests (flower vase, wine glasses, wine opener, etc :) ). Highly recommended. Nice and clean, comfortable. - The location is amazing!
