  I love the fact that the check-in was really fast despite the fact that when I came to check-in, they had 2 busses with loads of people coming in to check-in their groups as well. I was with my 5 yrs old son and my 70 yrs old mum. Really really - Everything was perfect, we book deluxe room, and request higher floor for good mountain view. Very much satisfied. An plus point for breakfast, food is super nice, from omelette, nasi lemak,sambal, salad,& many more,all tasty. 'Keep it up Chef" we love it. will come again to heritage.

  Deluxe duplex on the top floor is very nice and grand super king size bed. 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, shower and bath. 2 LCD TV too. Duplex is advertised for 3 pax on here.   very nice chalet we stayed - great decor and nice, clean bathroom; location is fantastic, almost at the border of jungle - we had frequent visits of wild boars, monkeys, deer, some lizards, squirrels. the price is fair comparing to what you get - no real competition in this area if you want some comfort. The set-up on the river and the edge of the Taman Negara National Park was perfect for us as we did some jungle and the canopy walk, enjoyed the nature with some wildlife around including monkeys, wild boars and plenty of birds of different species.   It's probably the first time when letsbookhotel.com hotel rating doesn't correspond with our personal impression of the hotel and our stay there. letsbookhotel.com guests give it 6.4, I'd give it 8.5. The hotel staff was super nice and friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the food. Every night they brought fresh-fres - I LOVED being there! The staff is really friendly and though there are some limitations, the whole holiday was perfect! We made a scuba diving course as well. The transportation to the resort (from airport) was arranged well. The rooms were nice and relatively clean. The location is perfect - there is a small rock-fall (water-fall) in the vicinity and the beach is perfect for snorkelling and diving. Our diving course was great and very great value for money.

  They upgraded me to Executive Room. How nice :-) And the room was as requested, higher floor and twin beds, in fact it was 2 x double beds. The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The breakfast even though not lavish, but suit my taste with many choices of local food. Great treatment ;-) TQ - Staff friendly and very helpful.
