doesn't correspond with our personal impression of the hotel and our

I LOVED being there! The staff is really friendly and though there are some limitations, the whole holiday was perfect! We made a scuba diving course as well.
The transportation to the resort (from airport) was arranged well.
The rooms were nice and relatively clean.
The location is perfect - there is a small rock-fall (water-fall) in the vicinity and the beach is perfect for snorkelling and diving.
Our diving course was great and very great value for money.

They upgraded me to Executive Room. How nice :-) And the room was as requested, higher floor and twin beds, in fact it was 2 x double beds. The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The breakfast even though not lavish, but suit my taste with many choices of local food. Great treatment ;-) TQ -

It was almost perfect. When my family of 13 members check in, this young gentleman name Mr. Bacchu greeted us with warm welcome plus getting my two units ready on time side by side. Car park was reserved. No worries as keys and locks are given to prevents irresponsible drivers to park at ur designated parking spot. Both unit was very clean and new

We came during a busy festive season, but the reception staff were really cool, even though the front desk was like a zoo. I always find that remarkable.

After walking into the hotel we could see a huge crowd waiting to check-in. Housing more than 6000 rooms, it was a huge complex. stayed at the world club room, loved it that the room is really spacious. i had 2 queen beds that i joined together, it was excellent for my family coz we have 2 babies.
usually only mineral water is provided foc, but we hv coke and 7up given foc in the fridge too. don't know if this applies to all room types.
i also love it that shopping and restaurants is so convenient.
i feel that the hotel room is pleasing. cannot expect condition and cleanliness to be top notch since the hotel is too big

The staff were absolutely brilliant, polite, helpful, gracious, kind.
Room was awesome with the most spectacular views of the ocean, and had one of the most comfortable beds in Asia.
I was allowed an extremely late checkout and the manager himself offered to drive me to the airport. Well done you guys :))) best service in Asia.

First and foremost, the location is a big plus. The hotel is a bit
dated, but it could contribute to its charm since it is so 1980'S.
The breakfast was so and so but this keeps one from stuffing oneself to
