There is absolutely nothing not to like about the hotel and the staff. The hotel was worth the money and the time and we wish we have spent more time in Cameron Highlands. We, a group of 4 adults and 1 child stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was exactly what we were looking for. The set-up on the river and the edge of the Taman Negara National Park was perfect for us as we did some jungle and the canopy walk, enjoyed the nature with some wildlife around including monkeys, wild boars and plenty of birds of different species. Staff was a bit disorganize but very friendly and the food (a-la-carte or buffet) good considering the location. What else? Accom

They upgraded me to Executive Room. How nice :-) And the room was as requested, higher floor and twin beds, in fact it was 2 x double beds. The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The breakfast even though not lavish, but suit my taste with many choices of local food. Great treatment ;-) TQ -

If you are looking for VVIP kinda of experience, The Chateau is the place to go. Form the moment we checked-in till we check-out, we were served like the Kings and Queens. Service was good, environment was excellent, we stayed in the Suite with Terrace and Spa Bath, facing the mountains. Early in the morning I will sit at the balcony, and be absorbed into the serenity, listening to the birds chirping and wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree.....I definitely experience peace and calmness.

1. Cheerful and friendly front desk staff. No hassle with my reservation. Rebate on the entrance fee was quickly announced.
2. Checking-in. Simple, easy, quick.
3. The Le Blason restaurant staff. Even when it was almost closing time, they still served us with smiles.
4. The twin-bed room was of a comfortable size. Windows faced the 'village' street. Had a great time watching people walking by.
5. The beautiful mountain scenery surrounding the hotel.

Very efficient person at the front desk, perfectly able to solve problems that occur and willing to help with other our needs.
Disappointment on arrival - was occupied the room, which we ordered - but everything is resolved to our satisfaction, offering accommodation in a higher category - Royal Suite at no extra cost. -

family friendly especially when I'm with my 3 little kids, age 8, 6 & 5, they love swimming , fun fair at night and the games arcade with karaoke box..it was really family fun outing! We had so much fun, and would definitely come back next time! -

The peacefulness of the location, the natural setting of the lake and being able to canoe through areas that the boats can't get to. The staff were very friendly and allowed you to suppliment your meals with your own refreshments and side portions.
It would be great to have some paths, or tracks making loops through the forest and along the lake.

Lovely place with nature and comfort in the same package. Nice coral reefs just in front of the hotel, jungle next to your hotel room's patio. So not necessary any need for extra exploring trips (good if you are staying only a few nights). Snorkling trip with 2 spots to explore was nice though. Waters are really, really clear, and the beach clean.
