  We stayed at the Cameron Highlands Resort in Tanah Rata for 3 night in the month of September 2013. The hotel is part of the “Small and Luxury Hotels of the World” association. It’s located at around 2 km from Tanah Rata. If you wish you can walk from the hotel to Tanah Rata. In that case count on a 20 to 30 minute leisurely walk. The walk d... co mówią ludzie » oes take you along the side of a busy road so don’t expect quiet and tranquility but it is a walk everyone in a reasonable state of health can underta - My family loved this hotel located beside the golf course.The staff from manager to receptionists to the luggage handlers are very gentle and helpful which often lack in other hotels. It has a nice ambiance and attractive interior decorating.The room was very spacious and clean.The balcony has a amazing view with the golf course on the front.Some people complaint about the traffic passing by but we didn't feel any difficulty getting a cozy and comfortable sleep.

  Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle. The King size bed was very comfortable. Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet. And my wife really like the hotel shampoo because it made her hair smooth unlike shampoo from other hotels that we stayed. Will make a comeback to this hotel if we visit Kuantan again.

  I stayed at Chateau Resort 3 nights , in Feb 15th . Me and my brother got classic room which was upgraded for free from the hotel. The staff were friendly and very very very helpful .. This hotel one of the best prestige hotel ,so you will noticed the kindness of the staff starting by security guys till the reception staff.. The attention to details was out of-standing .. - If you are looking for VVIP kinda of experience, The Chateau is the place to go. Form the moment we checked-in till we check-out, we were served like the Kings and Queens. Service was good, environment was excellent, we stayed in the Suite with Terrace and Spa Bath, facing the mountains. Early in the morning I will sit at the balcony, and be absorbed into the serenity, listening to the birds chirping and wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree.....I definitely experience peace and calmness.   Staff is just awesome! Hayatt is my favorite here in Malaysia as far as service is concerned. Location is perfect: Telok Chempedak is a natural beautuful bay, the beach is clean in spite of the fact that public beach has no visible birder with the hotel.
