The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs.
The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. Best this about the room was the washing machine,

Friendly English speaking staff. Reasonable pricing for a big and comfortable family room that could even accommodate more than 4 adults. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to subway, 10-15 minutes walk to Dondaemun shopping area,,15-20 minutes walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong shopping area. Surrounded with restaurants and convenient stores. It's only 5 mins walk to the bus station for the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport which cost only 10,000 wons per person. CLEAN. I thought it would be uncomfortable to share toilets & bathrooms, but this guesthouse definitely prove me wrong. They cleaned their guesthouse every day without failure.
HELPFUL. the guesthouse is managed by young guys. Although some of them were not very friendly, some were very very helpful and so NICE. they helped us to transfer all our belongings to the different building.
We are so grateful to stay at the different building which is much closer to the main road. Since I have few

Our stay was great. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff are very are very friendly & helpful esp Kooik & Christine. Warm and friendly staff is definitely a bonus!
The way to the guesthouse is very steep but it is just a 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station and the shopping district.
Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay there again!

The House Tel provides excellent breakfast. One can try the tasty Korean side dishes together with steamed rice, bread or instant noodle.

Location, its situated in a quiet neighborhood, despite it being in Hongdae. The room is quite clean. There's a TV, boiler and fridge in the room. Basically they have the basic necessities in the room.
