Hotel is located in the Downtown area and only a block away from the Changdeokgung Royal Palace and very close to the Jongmyo Royal Shrine. The subway station is very close as well as the airport limousine bus stops (6011). The room was quite spacious with a big bathroom, but there was no shower curtain. This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The Yaksam metro station is 7 min walk and Gangnam alone is worth visiting.
The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Add to this clean and comfortable and you've got the perfect hotel in Seoul.

Very pleasant, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Generous simple complimentary breakfast. Room was simple, yet complemented by drinking machine, PC, TV, spa and array of toiletories. Plenty of eateries nearby but not for shopping. We hopped on to train to Seoul CBD with not much hassles.

I liked the warm welcome an elder employee gave. Pity didn't get his name. He was really helpful and friendly. And most importantly the staff spoke and understands English quite well. Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak
