We stayed for 3 nights from 28 to 30 Nov and then went on a land tour. We came back to stay one more night on 7 Dec. We were able to leave some of our luggage at the hotel. The location is ideal and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our reservations for restaurants since we do not speak Korean. One staff member even helped us move our luggage to the taxi when leaving for the airport.

I loved the view!
The staff and the cleaning lady were all very polite and helpfull, as much as they could.
Yet, the taxi drivers always failed to find it, so I recommend you to give other hotel names as California Hotel, Ritz Carlton and Novotel.

All in all, I had a great experience with this hotel, -
Most staffs spoke three languages (Korean, English, Japanese), Maybe more! Room was amazing for the price, and very clean. Can't complain about the service. Very close to Sinnonyung station and main street Gangnam is just around the corner.
If you are getting from/to Incheon airport. I recommend taking the airport limousine bus to Ritz Carlton Gangnam or Best Western Gangnam as they are right next door!

I liked that is was so easy to get to from the airport just hop on the 6015 bus which was easy to find, and it takes you right to the hotel. This is important if you don't know Seoul and have just gotten off a long haul flight. I would stay there again as it was in the centre of the town but we only had one night so not much time to get about sigh

Fabulous staff -- professional, friendly and extremely helpful, a really topnotch crew. Perfect location right at the airport bus express stop and close to the train station and Metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby as is a big market. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were really happy here.

The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. Best this about the room was the washing machine,

The staff are courteous and helpful. The location is great because it's right near the Seoul National University subway station and a few bus stops, and there are plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants around the area. Very pleasant, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Generous simple complimentary breakfast. Room was simple, yet complemented by drinking machine, PC, TV, spa and array of toiletories. Plenty of eateries nearby but not for shopping. We hopped on to train to Seoul CBD with not much hassles.
