  The location was great and the staff were really \friendly. The bed was comfortable although their were only two pillows and we like two each they quickly organised two more for us. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. I needed some help finding a certain location within Seoul and they went the extra bit to call the restaurant, help me with directions and print out a map for me. Room was spacious and clean.

  Good American style hotel for the money. Out of all of the hotels we stayed in our trip, the Niagra wasn't the nicest but it was the best overall value. - Location Staff were friendly
