We were exceptionally pleased with the flexibility of the owner as we
arrived later than planned and she guided us right to the hotel. Cinzia
was actually willing to drive down, meet us and lead us up if we needed
her to. Besides being wonderfully accommodating, she also made several
great suggestions for dining and shopping. Cinzia was so friendly she
immediately made us feel right at home. A terrific experience and well
worth the trip.

The Spiga d'Oro was a great farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany. It was conveniently located so that we were able to do some wonderful day trips within a reasonable drive: Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Montepuliciano. The accommodations were great.
