This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

Great location in a quiet room north of the main touristic part of the city, but still only about a 8-10 minute walk from the Duomo.   Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

  Excellent value for money and close enough to centre to walk; 15/20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking can be a problem but after the first night we were given a space in the hotel garage round the corner. Best if you have a small car. Also found 3 very good reasonably priced local restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Breakfa - It was very nice and confortable, the rooms were modern and had every facility, breakfat was really good. They rent bikes so you can visit the city faster! But anyway, its just a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo, which I think is the main attraction, the hotel is close to a supermarket and different shops, cafes and restaurants, I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is pretty kind and helped me with everything i needed.Totally recommended!
