  great place to stay in Siena - Travelling by car, we found the hotel more easily than we expected. We were given excellent advice at the hotel on parking in Sienna and using the escalator system to enter the old town. The rooms were good and were excellent value, as the prices were low.

  This is truly a great place. Very nice and helpfull staff and nice rooms. I was lucky to have a room with a terrace and the view down the valley. The hotel is located right under the historic center, easy to acces the city, in about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are all close. - Great Hotel with superb staff and very nice place.

  Nice professional reception desk. Very nice room decoration both modern and classic mixed. Very complete facilities in the room and 2 balconies. Nice shower with thermostat.   This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.

  It was in a very beautiful setting and we had lovely walks and a lovely dinner. The breakfast buffet was very nice and again we had no complaints. The staff was very helpful. - Their helpfullness, friendliness and the whole experience will bring us back again

We were given a chalet bungalow about 100 metres from the pool, but it was simple, plenty of space, equipped for self catering and very relaxing in a beautiful area. Easy driving to Saturnia, Pitigliano and other quaint villages nearby. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, especially the chalets, which are totally isolated. The chalets have a kitchenette and living space, which is much more comfortable than a typical hotel room. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, including little Luigi the dog, who is happy to greet visitors. We will definitely recommend Relais to friends!
