The inexpensive B&B was within walking distance near Stazione Ostiense, which was great for us, since we had an overnight stay because of a flight transfer and were in the City, but also only half an hour away from the airport. There are excellent restaurants nearby in the Pyramide area.

A converted 2nd floor of an apartment block, this 'hotel' is very small but very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. They were able to arrange airport pick up / drop off which was more reasonable than a cab too. Thank-you to Petra and the rest of the staff for helping our stay be so me

I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

from Termini station and we found it very easy to find using google
maps. There is now a big sign so even though the reception is on the 1st

It is a historical building but newly renovated in a modern/spa like style.
The original elevator still exists which I feel adds a lovely contrast to the modern B&B.
