  The people were very nice. - The inexpensive B&B was within walking distance near Stazione Ostiense, which was great for us, since we had an overnight stay because of a flight transfer and were in the City, but also only half an hour away from the airport. There are excellent restaurants nearby in the Pyramide area.

Staff were friendly and willing to provide help and information that you may need, breakfast was so good, with wheat and white bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal, several kinds of cake, cupcakes, fruit and freshly brewed coffee made by their beautiful staff, not from an automatic coffee machine! Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. They were able to arrange airport pick up / drop off which was more reasonable than a cab too.   Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. Our check in time was at 14:00, but we arrived at 10:30 and our hostess Cristina allowed us to check in early.   The location of the hotel is perfect for a city break. 10 minutes walk from Termini station and we found it very easy to find using google maps. There is now a big sign so even though the reception is on the 1st floor of the building we still found it with ease. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to see the whole of Rome. The hotel Demetra brand new - very clean lines - fresh and crisp. Typical Itialian modern style, with tiled floors and walls. The rooms are very nice, no frills. Location is great, 5 min walk to Termini bus station/train station. Stop for red open top tour bus 110.

  Nazionale 51- Stayed in this lovely hotel for 5 nights in September 2013 with my mother. We were a bit confused at first when the taxi pulled up outside because it looked nothing like a hotel, just a big wooden door. Our hotel was on the 4th floor consisting of 6 rooms, this floor had just been totally re - I felt completely at home and relaxed here. I booked in very last minute and got a great deal. I'm not sure what the full rate is so I can't speak for that, but for what I payed, wow! It is a historical building but newly renovated in a modern/spa like style. The original elevator still exists which I feel adds a lovely contrast to the modern B&B. It was spotless clean and perfectly located. The owner/host was incredibly hospitable and friendly.
