  We got in very late due to airline delay..and they were wonderful in holding our room and getting us into the hotel room. The breakfasts were fantastic. The room price was worth every dollar. They even helped us avoid an 18 Euro parking fee every day by telling us about the very reasonable metered parking lot right across the street. The views wer... co mówią ludzie » e great. The location was perfect. You can walk everywhere from the Savoia. A perfect jumping off place to go to Croatia and Slovenia. We have been to - The location of the hotel on the waterfront and in the center of historical amenities are two reasons to stay here. The city bus services are conveniently located just outside the hotel's doors. The hotel is located in an historical building (we had a balcony facing the water) with rooms that were immaculate and whose staff were very helpful. An added bonus was that our car rental office was only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

  Great location in the city center, enabling visitors to stroll around the pedestrian zone within minutes of the hotel's doorstep. The room, which was facing the street, was filled with sunlight.   Extremely friendly and competent staff. Very larga superior rooms in the 6th floor and large balconies. Top located in Lignano, beach is about 50 meters from the hotel. Although the shopping area and a lot of restaurants are in the very near (not more than 300 meter walking distance) the hotel is very silent. - Everything was perfect!

(Grado is frequented by mostly Austrian - Grado is a lovely town and Villa Marin is in a great location over-looking the sea. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Bed was comfortable. It was extremely hot while we were there but there was a ceiling fan in the room. The room we had had a balcony with a partial sea view.
