Amazing hotel, great location in the middle of all nice restaurants and shops.Very helpful front desk, they upgraded me due to a mistake in their system regarding my room preference. Consider rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for a great view, they are also renovated and very nicely furnished. Great breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Spectacular location! Stunning views from every aspect! Direct access to the sea via steps (or from varying heights by cliff diving, depending on your bravery!) - a unique, inviting place to swim, with a grotto too.
Exceptionally friendly, helpful and charming staff in this family run hotel. We stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon (road trip of Italy) - we were lucky enough to enjoy a complimentary room upgrade because of this.

The design of the hotel was wonderful and the attempt at using less electricity with a card system and that the air conditioning went off when you opened the balcony door was impressive. The ride up the hill at hourly intervals was great after a long day

Staff were very helpful and eager to make our stay comfortable. They provided us with a beautiful room with a lovely balcony and view of the ocean. We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room.
