The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.
Andres drops us off and pick us up from the marina, town etc so transportation is no trouble at all. Once when there was a slight

The design of the hotel was wonderful and the attempt at using less electricity with a card system and that the air conditioning went off when you opened the balcony door was impressive. The ride up the hill at hourly intervals was great after a long day

It was centraly located but close to the sea with amazing views. The staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel and our bedroom were spotless. Would definatly reccomend to anyone. - the elegance and location of this hotel was a high point.a complete breakfast was included and it was delicious

We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room. The spaciousness of the Hotel, it really is Grand! The views were capitalized on to maximise them, really beautiful. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. - the staff were fantastic,breakfast was great with choice of fresh fruit!
