We were quite tired when we got back and while talking about possible restaurants, Patrizia suggested that we stay in and have a pizza instead!   Besides the absolutely stunning views of the ocean and Positano, the hotel itself was gorgeous, clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The one guy who handled the pool area/bar, luggage to you room, etc, was outstanding. To the front desk staff at check out...all super super hospitable..!! They went out of their way to make me feel at home..!!! The location is perfect & just a short walk from the beach & shopping & restaurants ... In short.... Total value for money...& I'm definitely staying at the Marincanto next time I'm in Positano..!

  It was centraly located but close to the sea with amazing views. The staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel and our bedroom were spotless. Would definatly reccomend to anyone. - the elegance and location of this hotel was a high point.a complete breakfast was included and it was delicious
