location, felt homey, being able to step out and get anything, yet not noisy because it's not on any traffic streets, knowing the owners were downstairs if we needed anything, extremely spacious, tall ceilings, tile floors, large closets, two toilets, full kitchen, washing machine, books to read ... it truly had everything! (And we personally love the sound of church bells)

The location, although not central, is very nice. Close to the beach and quiet. This part of Forio in my opinion is preferrable since main traffic road here is quite far away from the shore line, which is often not the case in others.
Appartments are quite spacious, patio was great.

Breakfast was so good! Italian breakfast are usually a morning injection on sugar and espresso and this was just outstanding. Lovely pastries, but so many more other choices, like fruits, yoghurt, jams etc.

The hotel was beautifully designed by one of the owners and immaculate throughout. We enjoyed our stay at the 'New York of Naples' - it was a very smooth transatlantic crossing!!. Fabrizio and Aida were extremely friendly, enthusiastic and helpful hosts - our lack of Italian was no problem!. Lovely complimentary coffee/tea/juice etc as well as welcome beer 'alla spina' on arrival. Thank you also for the oranges which we enjoyed on the train!!
