After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, which deserves all the best rating it has. I would say it is rather 3 star hotel than B&B. New, clean, comfortable, close to city centre and railway station featuring open terrace, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine that allows you to have proper cappuccino for breakfast. Grazie mile, Alfonso, for your warm and welcoming hospitality. It was the best hotel in our 10 days trip in Italy. We will definitely recommend belvedere for anyone who visits Sorrento

Everything. The host Marco was very friendly, he gave us great advise regarding restaurants, he even called us before chek-in hour to inform that our room is ready and we can come earlier. I think it's very thoughtful. Room was very clean, amazing view from the balcony, breakfast is served on your terrace at your requested hour.

Pls note if using a GPS that Via Crocelle is a walking street but only a few steps from a driving street, it is actually directly across from the Auditorium, so easy to find and we'll located. The Palazzo Jannuzi Relais was a perfect location right in the center of Sorrento. Was one of the best small hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room overlooked Piazza Tasso and was spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, lovely and fresh and a great choice - fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, sliced meats, cheeses, eggs, cappuccino and more....and was served on the sunny terrace or lovely sunroom area.
