It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The most Fantastic hotel, with beautiful views, great rooms, superb location near centre of Ravello, brilliant breakfast with such a variety & quality and absolutely top class staff who cared for their guests, sought high standards and were, well, just very, very nice, helpful people. Fully recommend this hotel - good car parking & it's also an oasis, when you get all 'touristed out', this is the place to relax. Just lovely!

The other staff were very courteous too and breakfast very good - Walking the historical site of Pompei for 2 days. The staff were very helpful and went out of their wayto do anything we needed. There are many outstanding places to eat within walking distance and shops to visit. If traveling by the local train from Naples use the station by the church to exit, it is by the church. We would stay here again.

Staff was terrific-don't worry about parking-just pull up to the hotel and they will take your car to the car park. Easy, fast, and hassle free. - The front desk staff was excellent!!! The service in general was great and we very much enjoyed our time there!!

Excellent staff!! They were very helpful and friendly, all of them spoke English and they were always smiling.
The hotel was clean, the restaurant was very nice. The terrace of the restaurant, where you can have your breakfast and dinner had wonderful view of the sea and the sunset.

Lovely airy rooms, big bathroom, lovely balcony with a view of the Gulf of Napoli. Breakfast is very good, lots of fresh breads and meats and fruits. The sun bathing area and the pool is also lovely but could be cleaned a lot more. The staff, in particular, Catello, could not do enough for us and drove us to the Train station for free on our departure. Really liked this hotel and excellent value for money.
