  The hotel overall was excellent. Staff were very friendly/helpful Location was unreal to be honest. We were right on the sea. Just needed to take a steps down to the sea 50M below. Private beach for hotel guests - Everything was excellent. Thank you!

  I stayed in a single room and it was amazing for hostel standards! Big double bed, spacious room & big bathroom (with good hot water), all very very clean! The staff that work in the morning are lovely!! One of them helped me carry my luggage to the train station when I checked out. The hotel staff is friendly, willing to help with any question at any time. The staff speaks many languages, including Russian.

  When I first booked this hotel with in a day I received a very helpful email from them. They provide a shuddle to the hotel from the train station and town. You are about a 10 min drive from town but is so worth it because of the view of the bay. We were early and they let us check in early with was nice. The family that own - This is a family run hotel and it shows. Nothing was too much trouble and the home cooked food was excellent. We ate twice in Sorrento but this did not compare to the hotel food. The view from the terrace across the Bay of Naples was amazing and must be far superior to any of the most expensive hotels in Sorrento.
