Everything - we visited the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The scenery and location was perfect. The hotel staff were fantastic throughout our stay ; the local food and wine were excellent. The best endorsement for the hotel is to say that we intend to return next year ; am looking forward to it already.

The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. absolutely beautiful with 10 thermal pools and ocean swimming.
we upgraded to sea view room and were given a one room cottage with lawn and patio table. I did hydro therapy for six days - a wonderful experience just floating in pool and an outstanding physical therapist. I think the upgraded rooms were much nicer but 40E more per night. Really miss Ichica relaxing and beautiful
