The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. We wanted to explore the historic centre of Naples and this hotel is well-located to do so. My daughter and I had an incredible, relaxing time at Villa Pane. Last year I stayed in a hotel in Sorrento but this was much much better. We had a large, clean room with terrace and an amazing view of the Bay but the best thing was the hospitality of the family and the staff. I can also really recommend dinner in the evening. The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating. The food service personnel did a terrific job including Ciro and Alphonse. They are added an immeasurable dimension to our stay. Please extend our thanks to them.
