This is a great hotel in a great location--a real gem. From what I can tell, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and the view is fantastic. Everything was immaculately clean, very comfortable and the spa was amazing with highly skilled staff who fitted me in their busy schedule. I went in December and thermal pool and facilites were fully open. - Staff were helpful and location was good

Warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Large swimming pool and heated thermal pool. Although a bit out from the old town where most of the restaurants and bars are (about 10 minutes walk) it's only a short walk to the beach and there is a bus stop right outside to get you into town (just 3 stops) or around the island.

We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great.
Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!
