  We liked everything about this hotel as our ratings show.The staff were lovely, friendly, spoke magnificent English and could not have done more to welcome us. The hotel was a 5 minute stroll from the centre of Orta and within easy reach of Sacro Monte.. The view from our window of Isola San Giulio was superb. The restaurant we could not fault. We had a comfortable room, a nice balcony (overlooking the town, lake and island) and the staff, mostly one family, were helpful and friendly. The pool is a bonus. The distance from the village centre is just right - a brief stroll but far enough away.

  The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm. The parking is very comfortable. The room is not fancy but clean, large and beautiful with a great view to the lake. There is an Orta Lake beach near the hotel with free entrance to hotel guests. The hotel has also vine cellar where we could choose from the various assortment of vines. The breakfast was tasty. - Hotel position overlooking the lake. Excellent food in restaurant. But our holiday was made by the kind attentions of the manager, Otello. Nothing too much trouble and he was the one ray of sunshine in what was disappointing weather for time of year. Whilst we were there, wifi was installed but only available in reception area at the moment. Big bonus.

  The shower..I Stayed alone, but I suggest for couples..amazing bigshower! Gorgeous buffet breakfast - The proximity to the square and the lake was fantastic. I loved the views from our loft room. Apart from the breakfast staff the hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

  Widok, balkon, śniadanie! - The staff really took care of us. Our first night we slept in the Quadruple (the room for four persons at the top of the house) at Santa Caterina, and it was nice. The breakfast was super and it was the most beautiful we´ve ever been served. Next night we moved to La casa sul Lago by the lake, which also was nice.   The location of the hotel is perfect, it is right on the piazza of the village and literally by the lake. We stayed in the junior suite and the view was amazing. The room was very spacious and had a great bathroom. The staff in the reception and the restaurant are very attentive, friendly and try to be helpful whenever they can.
