  the location was great,and the price for a 3 day stay was excellent,we payed 238 euros for 3 nights in a double room,the hotel was charging all the guests 390 per night. - The hotel is very nice! It`s really close to the city center. Our room were small but clear. Very helpful staff. Good choice for a short stay.

  We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable. She treated us like family and was extremely helpful to me when I sprained my ankle; she sent my husband out to the pharmacy for a special cream and came to ... co mówią ludzie » the room with ice for my ankle and a tray with hot tea and cake. She also gave us great advice on places to eat. Casa di Eddy is located wonderfully - The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a central location to vis

  We always opt to stay at B&B's while travelling Europe to remain budget friendly and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay here (definitely our best stay of the trip). The rooms were very large, clean and breakfast delivered to our room every morning was fantastic. Our room had a great sitting area, large VERY comfortable bed, two pillows ... co mówią ludzie » and a massive bathroom. The B&B is on a busy street however the bathroom is closest to the road, so we couldn't hear a thing throughout the night - The location is very good. You can visit all the places on foot even vatican can be reached on foot by 30 minutes, colosseum in max 15 minutes etc.. But there are also bus and metro stops near by but i am sure if you take a map it is very easy to go on foot:). Room is quite big for italian meaning. We booked one double bedroom, and it included a extra room with 2 coaches and table where to sit and read or eat breakfast. Breakfast was served in the room every morning.

My colleagues and I have been using it as the "base camp" for our after work walks, as most of Rome's interesting places are at arms length, more so if you enjoy a walk after a long work day. Walking distance to most of the sights. A tram station and bus station is right in front of the building. Across the street are all the restaurants, bars and shops of Trastevere. You don't feel like a tourist, but living like the current Romans do. The building is actually an apartment building. The room was rather big for the center of Rome and newly renovated. There is a 'café' right next door that serves Italian breakfast. We enjoyed our stay a lot an
