  The staff was outstanding. Anything I needed they provided, whether it was directions, a taxi, our a bottle of wine with glasses when the bar was closed. The bar was great, the bartender always ensured we had snacks to eat with our drinks. Morning breakfast was great, servers were always there to fill your coffee pot. IT had its restaurant opentill late which was convenient after a long day's journey on train. Thetriple room we made use of had ample space, and a very nice largebathroom. The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport which is veryconvenient and which we weren't aware of before speaking to the veryhelpful staff.

  The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance.   Cheep, clean, air conditioned, friendly and helpful staff, views of the leaning tower from our room although you did have to look to the right. room 66. 25 meters from the gates to the grounds of the tower. Easy early check in although we did not book. Dont expect the Hilton but this is as good as any Park Inn or Travelodge. Coffees - Simply an unbeatable location- our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the famed leaning tower which is truly breathtaking. Room was basic but clean- good value for money no complaints at all! - say you want a smoking room if you want a balcony! Overall we were very happy so big thank you!
