Superb location - just take the LAM Rosso bus from airport or train to Cammeo or Torre stop - it's two streets away. Good facilities including lovely garden/ sun terrace. Only four rooms, two bathrooms, very nice homely feel. Loved the idiosyncratic decor - very unusual and personal! Definitely not beige!

  Cheep, clean, air conditioned, friendly and helpful staff, views of the leaning tower from our room although you did have to look to the right. room 66. 25 meters from the gates to the grounds of the tower. Easy early check in although we did not book. Dont expect the Hilton but this is as good as any Park Inn or Travelodge. Coffees - Simply an unbeatable location- our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the famed leaning tower which is truly breathtaking. The hotel staff were helpful and answered all our questions, not forthcoming with information- but very polite! Room was basic but clean- good value for money no complaints at all! - say you want a smoking room if you want a balcony! Overall we were very happy so big thank you!

  My wife and I had a great time in this B&B. Location is great : you walk 20m and around the corner is this big fellow. The leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms and service are very good. The restaurant Il Toscano is "star-quality". Try the carpacio and the tagliata (with rosemary and salt). It's delicious.   This hotel was literally five minutes away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. On our arrival the staff were extremely helpful and suggested a restaurant for a late night pizza. We were able to sit outside and have a lovely view of the Tower while was ate.   I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station.   We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the bunk bed.   We liked the location - close to the Piazza dei Miracoli. We liked having a sitting room and access to the garden. Franco was very friendly and helpful. - The owner of the hotel was extremely friendly and making sure we felt at home. It wa possible to park our car in the garden, which was very convenient.
