We felt it was better than the reviews on the website because the room was at a high standard so we slept well at night and had plenty to eat in the morning.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. The hotel was very close to the airport and very easy to get to even though my flight arrived at midnight. There was someone to greet me at this late hour and also a welcome snack. The hotel was clean and tidy. I was allowed to leave my bag at the hotel while I looked around Pisa the next day. -

About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. It was like stepping back in time to old style Italy but everything was comfortable and worked very well. Lots of hot water and a good shower.Look forward to our return! Excellent value for Money -

We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friend
